Terms of Service — Salsa
Last updated: September 2, 2026
By using Salsa, you agree to these terms. Salsa is a household app intended for personal, non-commercial use by invited household members to track shared expenses, manage grocery lists, and practice Spanish together.
Use of the app
- You must be invited by an existing household member, or create a household, to use the app.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter (expenses, list items, etc.).
- Don't use the app for anything unlawful or to store information about people without their knowledge/consent.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter (expenses, receipts, notes, list items). By using the app, you grant the household members you share access with the ability to view and edit that data as part of normal shared use.
Third-party connections
If you choose to connect Gmail or other third-party accounts, that access is used only as described in the Privacy Policy and can be revoked at any time through your Google account settings or within the app.
No warranty
Salsa is provided "as is," built and maintained on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Deal and pricing information pulled from third-party sources (like store emails) may be inaccurate or outdated — always verify prices in-store.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Salsa and its creators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including financial decisions made based on information shown in the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the app's household administrator.
